Is this in addition to my AutoSettle subscription?
Yes — the managed service is an add-on to any AutoSettle plan (Starter, Growth, Scale or Enterprise). It gives you a dedicated human on top of the automation.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time with 30 days notice — no long lock-ins. You keep the platform on whichever tier you chose.
Do you charge a success fee too?
Our standard 5% platform success fee still applies on debts we recover. Managed service is the monthly retainer on top for hands-on human work.
What if I need more hours some weeks?
You can upgrade tiers at any time inside billing, and we can flex up occasionally within reason. If you consistently need more, we'll suggest the next tier up.
